Made from the pomace of the first-rate grapes found in Cabernet Sauvignon, vinified in an open vat without sulphur dioxide, with the skin remaining in contact with the must until the end of the fermentation. It’s an enveloping grappa, strong and slightly grassy that brings with it the characteristics of its original vineyard.
